The Mathis Ferry project is an exciting revitalization project in a great location in the heart of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Built in 1975, these apartments were an excellent find by the client and were in perfect condition for renovation. The project is located conveniently across the street from the Mount Pleasant senior center, a few blocks from the hospital and down the street from James B. Edwards elementary school. Given this great location, the apartments can draw from a myriad of different demographics.

The client was looking for the most efficient way to bring the project up to current standards and began working with the Warrick Group in 2014.

Our interior design team and estimating department went to work to provide the client with a design package that provided a luxury feel at a price the client could afford.

The Warrick Group was able to exceed expectations, and even completed the project three months ahead of schedule. The apartments are available for rent; visit the Harboreast website for information.
